AltoCar
AltoCar uses Voximplant Kit to automatically cold call contacts and build a base of potential customers who may need the company’s services. This process combines live operator voice recordings and Voximplant Kit call management tools.
We love to automate everything. We came up with the idea to make a robot for calling and surveying with advanced functionality, such as voice recognition and variability of answers. Since we have a long standing relationship with Voximplant, we immediately decided to try to build a robot using the Voximplant Kit editor. It allows us to visually customize automated calls – and we managed to do this very quickly.
The numbers to be dialed are manually uploaded to the platform. Calls to the answering machine are terminated using a voicemail detector. If the call is successful, the system waits for a reply from the respondent, recognizes it and starts playing the script. The system first conveys a greeting then asks "Does your company use taxi services?" The answer is recognized and recorded in the report. Recordings from live operators are used to enhance communication.
Savings. Automated calls using an audio recording are 4 times cheaper than calls made by a call center.
Proximity. Most of the respondents believe they are communicating with a live operator and easily answer the question.
Efficiency. The company received answers in 87% of calls.
AltoCar is a business service that combines its own taxi pools and the strongest taxi aggregators in Russia to provide quality services to corporate and government clients at affordable prices. The company plans to enter the client market soon.
