Constants
AfterService
Applies for: ACD v1, SmartQueue (ACD v2). An incoming call has ended and now an agent is processing after service work.
Banned
Applies for: ACD v1, SmartQueue (ACD v2), SmartQueue instant messaging. The agent has intentionally declined or ignored an incoming call from a queue within the specified timeout.
You may implement your own logic how to return to the Online status.
CustomStatus_1

Dialing
Applies for: SmartQueue (ACD v2). The agent has an incoming call, which he has not yet answered or declined.
InService
Applies for: ACD v1, SmartQueue (ACD v2), SmartQueue instant messaging. Incoming call is in service.
Offline
Applies for: ACD v1, SmartQueue (ACD v2), SmartQueue instant messaging. The agent is offline.
Online
Applies for: ACD v1, SmartQueue (ACD v2), SmartQueue instant messaging. The agent is logged in, but not ready to handle incoming calls yet.
Ready
Applies for: ACD v1, SmartQueue (ACD v2), SmartQueue instant messaging. Ready to handle incoming calls.
Timeout
Applies for: ACD v1. The agent is on a break (e.g. having lunch).
